Bluetooth Connection Failed or Blaster Not Recognized
- Power cycle the blaster (power off, wait 10 seconds, power on).
 - Press and hold the L / R side buttons (located above the trigger/finger guard) until the LED strip blinks then turns off.
- Note: the blaster looks powered off, but is still on after this step (LEDs are turned off).
 
 - Power cycle the blaster again.
 - Try to reconnect to the headset.
 
Unable to Pair to New Device After Connecting to One Previous
- Forget the Mavrik from the originally connected device/headset.
 - Power off the originally connected device.
 - Press and hold the L / R side buttons (located above the trigger/finger guard) until the LED strip blinks then turns off.
 - Power cycle the blaster (power off, wait 10 seconds, power on).
 - Try connecting to the new headset.
 
Headset
Failed StrikerConnect Installation
- Power cycle your headset (power off, wait 10 seconds, power on).
 - Try to reinstall StrikerConnect (instructions found in the Quick Start Guide).
 
LED Strip is Not Solid/Not Connecting to StrikerConnect
- Forget the Mavrik from the headset Bluetooth.
 - Power cycle both headset and Mavrik (power off, wait 10 seconds, power on).
 - Reconnect the Mavrik to the headset via Bluetooth.
