Bluetooth Connection Failed or Blaster Not Recognized

  1. Power cycle the blaster (power off, wait 10 seconds, power on).
  2. Press and hold the L / R side buttons (located above the trigger/finger guard) until the LED strip blinks then turns off.
    • Note: the blaster looks powered off, but is still on after this step (LEDs are turned off).
  3. Power cycle the blaster again.
  4. Try to reconnect to the headset.

Unable to Pair to New Device After Connecting to One Previous

  1. Forget the Mavrik from the originally connected device/headset.
  2. Power off the originally connected device.
  3. Press and hold the L / R side buttons (located above the trigger/finger guard) until the LED strip blinks then turns off.
  4. Power cycle the blaster (power off, wait 10 seconds, power on).
  5. Try connecting to the new headset.

Headset

Failed StrikerConnect Installation

  1. Power cycle your headset (power off, wait 10 seconds, power on).
  2. Try to reinstall StrikerConnect (instructions found in the Quick Start Guide).

LED Strip is Not Solid/Not Connecting to StrikerConnect

  1. Forget the Mavrik from the headset Bluetooth.
  2. Power cycle both headset and Mavrik (power off, wait 10 seconds, power on).
  3. Reconnect the Mavrik to the headset via Bluetooth.
